I really want to lose weight and i know that the first thing to do when starting a diet is to plan. You can't just wake up one morning and say I'm going to diet. You need a strategy. There are many diet plans out there, I have to decide which one fits you and your lifestyle. Dieting is a huge lifestyle change and you have to ready to change your eating habits forever. Don't be hard on yourself everyone has a bad day, just remember that this is a life long goal. Take things into perspective, you will have to make permanently changes to your diet that YOU can live with. Chances are that you will not completely give up your favorite foods, instead you will learn to eat in moderation. Fatty foods should be reduced not only to help you lose weight, but as a life long goal to be healthy. I think that maybe I need to start surfing. I have always wanted to be that girl who
surfs and have that long blonde hair.
